Start your sleep strategy first thing in the morning with this tasty smoothie:
SLEEP TIGHT SMOOTHIE
½ cup tart cherries (frozen)
½ cup spinach (frozen)
½ banana
1-2 cups almond milk unsweetened
Splash of vanilla
1 tbsp flaxmeal
1 tbsp walnuts
1 tspn raw cacao
2 tbsp hemp seeds
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender & blend until smooth. Enjoy!
