WORKSHOP: MINDFULNESS & NUTRITION

WORKSHOP MONDAY JUNE 6th, 7PM @YOGA BAMBAM: USING MINDFULNESS & NUTRITION TO COPE WITH STRESS & BALANCE YOUR HORMONES
Thrive is teaming up with the wonderful Alexa Massingham, a mindfulness trainer and boss lady of Mind Body Matters to run a workshop on the Mind-Body connection and how we can use mindfulness and nutrition to cope with stress & find balance in our life.
I'm really excited about this workshop because we all know that "(wo)man doth not live by bread alone". Nutrition and mindfulness are powerful partners and we can't wait to show you how to harness the power of both.
The workshop will go for an hour and then we're thinking of having dinner at a restaurant nearby. You're welcome to join.
The event proceeds will go towards a women's charity and we're asking for donations of HK$100.
